Cylindrical or round parts can be decorated
by a variety of methods. We can pad print on these surfaces,
but as a rule of thumb you are restricted to printing
around 90 degrees of the circumference. We can screen
print virtually around the entire circumference depending
on the part. This can be done in multi-color with tight
registration. We have hot stamping equipment capable
of printing around a cylindrical object. We also have
pressure sensitive labeling equipment capable of providing
full wrap labeling. This can be done in either a random
or seam registered application. We can decorate on rigid,
semi-soft or soft (squeeze tube) materials. We can pre-treat
those hard to decorate materials where good adhesion
is a problem and post cure in an oven for items such
as glass bottles.
