| MULTI-COLOR
PAD PRINTING
Besides the four 4-color pad printing machines mentioned
previously, Mystic also has several other style machines
with race-track and rotary table configurations which
can be used for multi-color applications. These machines
provide excellent registration and operate more quickly
than the shuttle machines. Because these machines require
multiple tooling fixtures, the initial cost of tooling
is more expensive, therefore we usually consult with
the customer to determine if the job has sufficient
volume so that the reduced production costs offset the
initial tooling requirements. Once again, we work with
our customers to provide them with the best and most
economical method to be used to print their part. As
you can see from the center picture, we are able to
maintain extremely tight registration using all of our
multi-color machines.
